What if my shipment is lost in transit?
This rarely happens, but if it does and you’ve already paid, we’ll send you a replacement for free within 22 to 28 days. The tracking record must show that the item is lost. If tracking shows delivered and the package was stolen from a mailbox or doorstep, Wonder Jackets won’t be responsible.
How long does it take for my order to reach me?
Usually, it takes 7 to 10 business days for an order to reach your doorstep. Public holidays, Saturday, and Sunday are not included.
What payment option does Wonder Jackets accept?
We accept Visa, American Express, Discovery, Stripe, Square, and PayPal.
Do you ship worldwide?
Wonder Jackets ships worldwide except for France and Israel.

Our sizes go from S small to 4XL, and for some faux made outerwear, Wonder Jackets offers custom sizes.

Do you offer gift wrapping for your products, if required?
Wonder Jackets understands their novelty as gifts. However, gift wrapping is not available.
Can I make changes to my confirmed order?
Changes are possible within 12 hours of placing an order. After that, the order is sent for processing and changes may not be possible once it is confirmed.
Can a jacket be exchanged once I receive it?
Exchange is allowed within 30 days if the item is returned in original packaging, in good condition, and with official tags. For USA residents, returns are accepted only through USPS courier service.
Are there any promo codes or discounts for customers?
Yes, Wonder Jackets runs seasonal deals and special offers. Apply the promo code at checkout and the discount will be deducted from the total.
Are There Any Hidden Shipping Costs?
No extra shipping charges apply at checkout. Shipping is free for the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia. Other locations get free shipping on orders of 139 dollars or more. For returns, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
