Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for orders valued over US$139 for customers in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details, including an Order ID, to monitor your shipment. Customers can track their orders using the tracking link provided in their dispatch email.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Within 24 Hours: Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement will receive a full refund.
  • After 24 Hours but Before Dispatch: Orders canceled after 24 hours but before dispatch may be subject to deductions of 10-25% to cover processing costs.
  • After Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched. Customers may initiate a return under the Return & Refund Policy.
