Return and Exchange Policy
At Denver Jackets, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, provided the following conditions are met:
- Return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Item is in new, unused, and unworn condition.
- Original tags are still attached and item is in its original packaging.
- Item has not been washed, altered, or damaged after receipt.
Once your return request is submitted, you will receive a response from our team within 1–2 business days with approval or further instructions.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Custom-made or personalized items (made to your specific measurements or design)
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered after receipt
- Items returned without original tags or packaging
- Final sale or clearance items (where marked on the product page)
How to initiate a return or refund
To start a return, follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@denverjackets.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (required for defective or damaged claims).
- Wait for approval — our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with a decision and return instructions.
- Ship the item back to the return address provided in our approval email. Please use a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
- Inspection — once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 2–3 business days.
- Refund issued — approved refunds are processed within 1–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Return shipping address: Will be provided in your return approval email. Do not send items back without first receiving approval — unapproved returns may be refused.
Refund method
All approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or digital wallet used at checkout). We do not issue refunds as store credit unless specifically requested by the customer.
Please allow 1–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. Depending on your bank or payment provider, this may take additional time to reflect on your statement.
Return shipping costs
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Denver Jackets will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label.
- Non-defective returns (change of mind): The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. Denver Jackets is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Exchange policy
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange:
- Follow the same return initiation steps above and specify in your email that you want an exchange and which item/size/color you prefer.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your preferred replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.
- Exchange processing time is 5–10 business days from the date we receive your returned item, plus standard shipping time.
Order cancellation policy
Within 24 hours of placing the order: Full refund, no deductions.
After 24 hours but before production begins: A deduction of up to 15% may apply to cover administrative and processing costs.
After production has begun: Since all our products are made to order, once production has started we incur material, labor, and manufacturing costs. Cancellations at this stage are subject to a deduction of up to 35% of the order value to cover these costs. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
After dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. You may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery in accordance with this policy.
Custom or personalized orders: Due to the bespoke nature of custom orders, cancellations after production begins may not be possible and no refund may be available. Please review all order details carefully before confirming.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund within 7 business days of our confirmation email:
- Check your bank account or card statement for a pending transaction.
- Contact your bank or payment provider — processing times can vary.
- If you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please email us at info@denverjackets.com with your order number and we will investigate.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@denverjackets.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a free replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
