These Terms and Conditions govern your use of denverjackets.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through it. The Site is operated by Rapidofy Inc, doing business as Denver Jackets, located at 8 The Green, Suite A, Dover, DE 19901, United States.
By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About Our Products
All products sold on denverjackets.com are made to order. Each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Production begins after payment is confirmed. Because of this, please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
We make every effort to display product colors, materials, sizes, and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, or device display. These minor variations do not constitute a defect.
2. Ordering and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. Payment is required at the time of purchase.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). The total amount charged, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Receiving an order confirmation does not mean that we have accepted your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is a pricing error, product information error, payment issue, suspected fraud, inventory limitation, incorrect information, or any other issue that prevents us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
3. Sizing and Customization
Because our products are made to order, customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using the size guide provided on the Site.
Denver Jackets is not responsible for sizing issues that result from incorrect measurements, incorrect size selections, or incomplete customization details provided by the customer.

4. Order Cancellation
You may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund.
Cancellation requests made after 24 hours may be subject to a deduction of up to 40 percent of the order total, depending on the production status of the order.
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. Once dispatched, the return process described in our Return and Exchange Policy will apply.

5. Shipping
We ship to customers in supported locations. Estimated production and delivery times are provided at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Denver Jackets is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, peak seasons, public holidays, incorrect address details, or events outside our control.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes charged upon delivery. These charges are set by the customer’s country or local authority and are not collected, controlled, or reimbursed by Denver Jackets.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
6. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30 day return window from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted according to our Return and Exchange Policy for both defective and non defective products, provided the item meets the return eligibility conditions.
Approved returns must be sent by mail. Denver Jackets covers the approved return shipping cost where the return is approved according to our Return and Exchange Policy.
Customers will not be charged for approved return shipping.
Denver Jackets does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Denver Jackets does not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please request a return within 30 days of delivery. Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order separately.
Our full return and refund process, including how to request a return, return eligibility, return shipping, refund processing, and exchange terms, is governed by our separate Return and Exchange Policy available on the website.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on denverjackets.com, including text, images, logos, product photography, graphics, product descriptions, design elements, layout, and other materials, is the property of Denver Jackets, Rapidofy Inc, or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, modify, scrape, or use any content from this Site without our prior written permission.
8. User Conduct
By using this Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
