Welcome to Denver Jackets. We are committed to delivering your order safely, on time, and with full transparency. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has shipped.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed on the next business day.

Note: Custom or personalized orders may require an additional 2–5 business days for production before dispatch.

We offer the following shipping options at checkout. Delivery times are estimates calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Countries we ship to

We ship worldwide. Free shipping on orders over $139 is available to customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

For all other international destinations, Standard and Express shipping options are available at checkout. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us at info@denverjackets.com before placing your order.

Shipping carriers

We ship via trusted global carriers including FedEx, DHL, USPS, SkyNet, and UPS. The carrier assigned to your order is selected based on your location and the most efficient available route. You will be notified of your carrier and tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your dispatch email for tracking information to become active on the carrier’s website.

Duties, taxes & customs

All prices on our website are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of import duties, customs fees, and local taxes.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country’s customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Denver Jackets has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order if you are concerned about potential import charges.

Incorrect shipping address

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@denverjackets.com.

We can only modify the shipping address if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, Denver Jackets is not responsible for delivery failure due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item immediately upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@denverjackets.com. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package remains missing, contact us within 7 days of the stated delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

Delays & exceptions

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Peak shopping seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, New Year)
  • Customs clearance procedures for international orders
  • Extreme weather events or natural disasters
  • Carrier delays or disruptions beyond our control
  • Public holidays in the origin or destination country

Denver Jackets is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Order not arrived?

If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window from your dispatch date, please contact our customer support team at info@denverjackets.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.

Please do not contact us before the delivery window has passed, as tracking updates can sometimes be delayed.
