After Production Begins: Once production has started, cancellations are subject to deductions of up to 35% of the payment to cover production costs.
After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled after shipment. Customers can initiate a return within 30 days as per our refund policy.
Custom-Made Products: Due to the nature of custom-made products, cancellations after production begins may not be possible. Customers are encouraged to review their order details carefully before confirming the purchase.
