Order Cancellation Policy

Before Production Begins (Within 24 Hours): Orders can be canceled for a full refund.
After 24–48 Hours but Before Production Begins: If the order is canceled after 24 hours but before production begins, a deduction of up to 10% of the paid amount may be applied to cover administrative costs.
After Production Begins: Once production has started, cancellations are subject to deductions of up to 35% of the payment to cover production costs.
After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled after shipment. Customers can initiate a return within 30 days as per our refund policy.
Custom-Made Products: Due to the nature of custom-made products, cancellations after production begins may not be possible. Customers are encouraged to review their order details carefully before confirming the purchase.
Return Shipping Responsibility: In case of a return, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
